Where and when do I receive renewal alerts?
Our billing system sends renewal alerts to these email addresses:

1. First email address of member account having the hosting service
2. Second email address of member account having the hosting service
3. Contact email set on CPanel
4. admin@domain.com

Two first addresses are static for all hosting services on the same Member Account. They can be changed in My Profile section of Members Area.

Third one can be changed in CPanel for hosting services using CPanel control panel. Say5 will be integrated soon.

Forth address is not configurable, we simply send a copy of the alert to admin@domain.com, if such mail box configured at the client control panel or catch-all persists this email will go through.

For yearly accounts that does not set to renew automatically we send renewal alerts 90, 60, 30, 15 and 3 days before expiry date. Auto renew domains will receive one alert a few days before actual charge.

Monthly accounts should be renewed automatically with an alert a few days before installment date. But if you set the monthly account to be renewed manually you will receive alerts 15 and 3 days before expiry date, every month.
