What is your uptime and how stable your service is?
Our main goal is to keep all servers up and running all the time. But some times accidents prevent us from providing 100% up time. History of our down times can be found on internet, here is a site that reports our up time since 2006 (we are in business since 2002): http://www.webhostingstuff.com/uptime/DayanaHost.html For stability, we usually don't upgrade the servers to major versions of software (i.e. PHP). However we have to update almost every night to minor versions due to security issues. For end of the line software, we upgrade with advance notice. Both CPanel and Say5 servers are on STABLE tree, that means you will not get the nightly added features, instead you will enjoy an error free environment.
