Say5 plans are completely different from CPanel plans. They are on separated servers. As a result CPanel accounts can not be transferred to Say5 servers.

If you have a copy of all your files and databases then you may ask for termination of current account and order a new account on a Say5 server, then change your domain's name servers as will describe in our welcome message and upload web files to new account. Note that remaining credits on current accounts CAN be transferred to new plans.

Another option is to order a new Say5 account for a domain similar to what you have now. For instance if your current domain is mydomain.com then you may order a new account on Say5 for mydomain1.com, then leave us a line in comment area of order form indicating that this domain needs to be changed to mydomain.com, we can copy your files from current accounts and do some limited transfer on databases. Then make sure all information copied and ask us to terminate the old account, change your domain's name servers as will describe in our welcome message and site will be serverd from new location.

**Update**
We are able to transfer a CPanel account to Say5 server. All files within public_html folder (your web files) and Databases will be transferred, Rest of the configuration options including emails, password protected directories, etc need to be done on target account manually. Note that emails in your mail boxes will NOT be transferred. So having a backup before requesting for transfer is highly recommended.
