| I check my email every day, but it's now over quota! why? |

If you don't delete your emails from mail boxes they will remain in your space and make it full, after that no other email can be stored and your emails will be rejected. You may delete them from either web based email system or your pop3 client.
Usually it's a default option to delete email in pop3 clients such as Outlook Express. You may find it in account settings of the email client. If webmail didn't work, then you may use Disk Cleanup of CPanel to purge unnecessary files, that will free up some more disk space and allow you to login to webmail. You may also use a FTP client to login to your account and remove files or emails in /mail/ folder. Note that do not remove sub folders as this will damage mail system structure. |
