| How can I change my plan from CPanel to Say5? |

To change the hosting plan from CPanel to Say5:
1. Download latest backup of your account either in CPanel control panel or at Members Area. 2. Mail boxes and emails will be lost, so make sure you have downloaded them. 3. Change your domain's name servers to: SAY5A.DAYANADNS.COM SAY5B.DAYANADNS.COM SAY5C.DAYANADNS.COM SAY5D.DAYANADNS.COM 4. Open a support ticket and ask for changing the plan. Indicate that you've changed your domain's name servers and already read this article to avoid reconfirmation. 5. We will transfer all your web related files and databases to a say5 server and terminate your old account. You will receive a new welcome message. 6. Use temporary addresses in welcome message to login to Say5 control panel and configure your mail boxes and adjust necessary settings. 7. After DNS propagation which may take 24 to 72 hours, domain will be pointed to its new location and will be served from Say5 server. |
